About this Forge

What it's training, and why

Manual ICD-10 coding is a bottleneck in every clinic's revenue cycle and miscodes cause denied claims. This Forge trains a multi-label classifier on contributed (note → code set) pairs validated by certified coders, scored on held-out micro-F1.
